Federal Health Care Reform: The Impact on NYS Programs

The attached power point was originally developed for the Legal Services Partnership Conference in June of 2010 and updated for a training provided by the Empire Justice Center in Buffalo on October 15, 2010. The slides cover some of the new health care options in effect at that time and then discuss provisions in the federal health care reform law that are of particular import for low income New Yorkers.
