SSI Non-Disability Eligibility

This training covers the fundamentals of SSI eligibility, including: income and resources, living arrangements, deeming, transfer of assets and other penalties, non-citizen restrictions, residency and more.

This training is broken up into three parts because of its length.

• Part I - 1 hour 33 minutes;
• Part II - hour 52 minutes;
• Part III - 1 hour 32 minutes

CLE Credits: 3.5 Professional Practice; 1.5 Skills; .5 Ethics

If you do not want CLE credit for watching this training, there is no charge.  If you want New York State CLE credit, you must watch all 3 parts for CLE credit.
