Child Health Plus
Child Health Plus (CHP) is a health care program for uninsured children under the age of 19. CHP offers health care to children who are above the Medicaid income levels or who are ineligible for Medicaid because of their immigration status. Family Health Plus
Family Health Plus (“FHP”) is a Medicaid expansion program for adults. It covers adults without children with income up to 100% of the FPL and adults with children up to 150% of the FPL. The eligibility tests are the same as for regular Medicaid with two additional requirements: applicants must be between the ages of 19 and 64 and they generally must be uninsured.
