2007 - 2009 Local District Child Care Development Plans

Many of the eligibility rules for child care are set forth in biennial child care plans filed by local social services districts with the Office of Children and Family Services. Please check the OCFS web site at http://www.ocfs.state.ny.us/main/childcare/plans.asp and scroll down to the bottom of the page to the "Annual Plan Update" section to see if the county has filed an update to its plans. The Empire Justice Center has older child care plans dating back to 2002. If you would like a copy of an older plan please contact Susan Antos and indicate the county plan and the year that you are seeking.
