HHS Guidance to States on ARRA CCDF Stimulus Fund Reporting
On May 6, 2009, the Office of Children and Family Services issued 09 OCFS LCM-05 which announced the allocations for $42 million in stimulus money that will go to local social services districts to spend for child care subsidies, but advised the districts that the money could not be spent until the federal Department of Health and Human Services issued guidance on the reporting requirements.
