Market Rates

Every two years, New York State revises the rates it pays to child care providers who care for subsidized children.  This page provides information on current and past market rates.  


11-OCFS-LCM-12: Child Care Market Rates 2011-2013
The purpose of this release is to advise social services districts of the filing of the revised regulations related to the new market rates and the maximum reimbursement for expenditures for all child care services funded under the New York State Child Care Block Grant (NYSCCBG) and Social Services Block Grant (Title XX).
