2008 Child Care Co-payment Disparities Chart

In Cattaraugus, Livingston, Otsego, Schoharie and Westchester counties parents pay 10% of their income over the poverty level for a child care subsidy this means they pay $1760 per year or $33 per week
In Nassau County parents pay 17.5% of their income over the poverty level for a child care subsidy  this means they pay $3080 per year, or $59 per week 
In Allegany, Cayuga, Clinton, Columbia, Essex, Fulton, Ontario, Putnam, Saratoga, Tompkins, and
Washington counties 
parents pay 20% of their income over the poverty level for a child care subsidy
 
this means they pay $3520 per year, or $68 per week 
In Albany, Delaware, Hamilton, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Monroe, Rensselaer, Rockland, Schenectady, Schuyler, St. Lawrence, Suffolk, Tioga, Ulster, Warren and Wayne counties parents pay 25% of their income over the poverty level for a child care subsidy  this means they pay $4400 per year, or $85 per week
In Dutchess and Steuben counties parents pay 30% of their income over the poverty level for a child care subsidy  this means they pay $5280 per year, or $102 per week
In Broome, Chemung, Chenango, Cortland, Erie, Franklin, Genesee, Greene, Montgomery, Niagara, Onondaga, Oneida, Orange, Orleans, Oswego, Seneca, Sullivan, Wyoming
and Yates counties
parents pay 35% of their income over the poverty level for a child care subsidy this means they pay $6160 per year, or $118 per week
