Daniel Villena

Staff Attorney

Daniel Villena is a staff attorney with the Immigration Unit at the White Plains office of Empire Justice. He practices primarily immigration law.

Daniel is a graduate of Temple University's Beasley School of Law. As a law student, Daniel clerked and interned at many offices including Community Legal Services in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Temple's Death Penalty Clinic, and the Watsonville Law Center in California. He was also a law clerk at the Center for Justice and International Law (Argentina) post-graduation. He is fluent in Spanish and has a working knowledge of French. He received his B.A. from the University of California, Santa Cruz in Philosophy and Psychology
