Tim's responsibilities include managing state contracts, outside vendors, administrative support staff and general office operations. Before coming to Empire Justice, Tim worked as a paralegal in the Housing Unit at the Legal Aid Society of Rochester. There, he assisted clients with landlord tenant matters, bankruptcy, real estate closings, and consumer issues.
