State Budget Hurts Social Services

 

 

WNYT - News Channel 13 ALBANY – A number of non-profits are calling on the Legislature to restore millions of dollars in member items vetoed by the governor.

Anne Erickson, the CEO and president of the Empire Justice Center, says she's tapping into the non-profit's credit just to make payroll.
