Child Support Cooperation Requirement...

05-OCFS-ADM-03: Child Care Subsidy Program - The purpose of this Administrative Directive (ADM) is to inform social services districts (districts) of the changes in the requirements for child care subsidies funded through the New York State Child Care Block Grant (NYSCCBG) and Title XX of the federal Social Security Act. Additionally, this ADM includes requirements of the child care subsidy program not issued previously in an ADM or Local Commissioners Memorandum (LCM).
